The Position: We are currently looking to recruit for a variety of positions within the aircraft materials and stores department including: Stores Manager, Stores Supply Officers, Stores Supervisors, General Storekeepers, and Tools Storekeepers. The successful incumbents will be required to provide efficient and effective materials support to the maintenance departments based in Dubai ,and where necessary the EK Outstations , in accordance with practiced airworthiness standards.

Salary Benefits: We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams, the local currency of the UAE. The Dirham is linked to the Special Drawing Right of the International Monetary Fund. It has been held constant against the US dollar since the end of 1980 at a mid-rate of approximately US$1= Dh3.66. Experience and Qualifications:

We welcome applications from candidates having the following:

For Stores Manager – University Degree / Diploma in Supplies Management with approximately 10 years experience in handling all activities related to fully automated aircraft engineering stores for an international airline / aircraft environment. A minimum of 5 years supervisory or management experience.

For Stores Supply Officers and Supervisors – University degree / Diploma in Supplies Management with approximately 5 years of relevant experience OR ‘A’ Levels or equivalent with approximately 7 years experience related to Stores Logistics , in an airline / aircraft environment. Candidates with higher technical education, with less experience can be considered.

For Storekeepers – ‘A’ Levels or equivalent with approximately 5 years experience related to Stores Logistics, in an airline / aircraft environment. Candidates with higher technical education, with less experience can be considered.

Ability to interpret aircraft manuals such as the IPC( Illustrated Parts Catalogue), CMM ( Component Maintenance Manual).
Knowledge of airworthiness regulations governing storage and handling of materials including handling of restricted articles, dangerous goods, ESDS items, etc.
