Dubai, 18th April 2009 (WAM): The Business Registration and Licensing Division at the Dubai, the Department of Economic Development (DED) will issue a comprehensive guide on the various procedures relating to business registration.
This follows a meeting of the Division with over 20 personnel from legal offices, strategic partners from federal bodies and government organisations concerned with business registration to enhance communication channels and strengthen business registration procedures for investors in Dubai.
Following the meeting, representatives from the Business Registration and Licensing Division at DED also contacted other concerned government bodies to start preparations for the comprehensive guide. The guide is expected to serve as a referral source for investors on various services and procedures related to starting a business in Dubai.
“DED is committed to assisting investors and providing them with services and facilities by coordinating with various related government departments to ease business registration procedures. This is the first in a series of meetings to clarify issues related to business registration. A specialised newsletter from DED will be sent to all participants in the meeting to inform them of any modifications to the legal procedures in business registration,” said Mr Mohammed Shael, CEO, Business Registration and Licensing Division, DED.
