Race to register for the Road to Arabia

Overwhelmed with the flurry of registrations, the Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Oman tourism bodies are encouraging agents to sign up before spaces are filled.

“We are thrilled with the response that we’ve had to the Arabian Peninsula workshops so far,” says Julie King, Director, Dubai Tourism, Australia New Zealand Representative Office. “To avoid disappointment, we are encouraging agents to register before the end of the week as spaces are quickly filling up and we have sold out in Adelaide and the Gold Coast.”

Commenting on the regional road show, Mona Tannous, Manager for Sultanate of Oman Tourism, Australia and New Zealand says, “The reaction we have received to the workshops demonstrates that the industry has craved this kind of approach and that the collaboration between DTCM, ADTA and Oman has appealed to agents”.

“As a combined holiday destination, Abu Dhabi and Dubai in the UAE alongside Oman is the perfect way to become immersed in Arabia. The three destinations perfectly complement each other and the Road to Arabia workshops will empower agents with knowledge of the region,” explains Vera Huntink, Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority Country Manager for Australia.

With the support of Emirates, Etihad and V Australia Airlines, six lucky winners will have a chance to win a trip to Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Oman.
