Dubai July 03, 2011: Al-Futtaim TravelAl-Futtaim Travel, a leading corporate and leisure travel management company, today announced the appointment of Samantha Watson, as Marketing Sales Manager.
Samantha joins Al-Futtaim with over 12 years in the travel and tourism industry, bringing with her considerable sales and marketing experience in the leisure, MICE and Adventure holiday sectors.
Samantha’s career history includes engagement with some of the leading players in the industry including Emirates Airlines and Etihad Airways where she was responsible for top performing leisure accounts including Online Travel Agent’s such as Expedia.com and lastminute.com.
Her career in the UAE began as sales manager UAE for Etihad Holidays, followed by a move to Safar Travel where she headed the Holidays, MICE and Adventure divisions. Prior to joining Al-Futtaim, Samantha was Tourism Marketing Manager for The Dubai Mall.
