4. it is sinking not because of rising of sea level, because it is sinking by weight of itself. In engineering view, artificial islands are taken long time to build, but the world project took not enough time to build however we couldn’t see that it has been sunk while it was being built.
   Now due to the running out of money of Dubai government, the project is stopped and we can see the sinking of the islands… it is possible to maintain them against sinking but will cost giant money.
